A fitness notebook that’s personal to you, your equipment, and how you train.
Film a set and the page fills itself in: what you did, how your form looked, and what tomorrow should be, written for the gear you actually have, wherever you’re training.

A page from a notebook
Today's Workout
Upper Body Push
Chest · Shoulders · Triceps
at Lifetime Fitness
Legs were two days ago and are still recovering, so today is pressing. Bench goes up 5 lbs from last week because all four sets hit six clean reps.
Warm-up
Feet planted, bar to the lower chest, a beat of pause before you press.
190 lbs
120s rest
Elbows under the wrists at the bottom, not flared out.
55 lbs
90s rest
Squeeze your glutes before the bar leaves your shoulders.
95 lbs
90s rest
Stop short of the stretch bothering your shoulder, then squeeze.
25 lbs
60s rest
Cool-down
Five minutes of easy walking, then a doorway chest stretch, thirty seconds each side.
How a page gets written
Film a set
Prop your phone anywhere it can see your whole body. One set is enough. The whole session is fine too.
The page fills itself in
A handful of still frames are read by an AI model to pick out the exercises, count what it can, and note what your form looked like. That is the only place the technology shows up.
Tomorrow is already written
Sets, reps, a weight, rest, and one cue per lift, building on what you did and leaving alone what still needs recovery.
Written for where you train
Most people don’t train in one place. A garage with a bar and some plates, a membership across town, a pool in the summer. Tell the notebook where you’ll be and it writes the page for what is actually there: a swim at the place with the pool, the climbing wall where the climbing wall is, and the bar at home when you’re home.
Name a chain and the gear list fills itself in. Describe a local gym in a sentence and it is sorted into places and equipment for you to confirm.

Your form, noted
Notes are written about the set it watched, not about squats in general. When the angle or the light isn’t good enough to say something, it says that instead of guessing.
- Barbell Back Squat · 4 × 8 at 185 lbs. Depth was solid on the first six reps of each set; the last two cut high. Keep the brace through the final reps.
- Romanian Deadlift · 3 × 10 at 155 lbs. The bar drifted forward off your thighs on reps seven and eight. Keep it dragging up your legs.
- Barbell Overhead Press · 3 × 8 at 90 lbs. Your lower back arched as the bar passed your head. Squeeze your glutes before you press.

On the web and on your phone
Film and log from your phone, read the page anywhere. One account, one notebook. Change your gear on one and it shows up on the other.
Your video stays with you
The video never leaves your phone or your browser. A handful of still frames do the work, and once the page is written they are gone. Nothing you film is stored anywhere.
Questions people ask
- What do I film?
- One set, or the whole session. Prop your phone anywhere it can see your whole body. Thirty seconds of a set is plenty.
- Does my video get uploaded?
- No. Your phone or browser pulls a handful of still frames out of the video on the device, sends those for analysis, and they are not kept afterwards. The video stays in your camera roll.
- Which gyms does it know?
- Lifetime, Equinox, the YMCA, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, CrossFit boxes, bouldering gyms, hotel gyms, pools and tracks, plus any place you type in or describe in a sentence. Each place has its own gear, so the page is written for what is actually there.
- Can I change the page?
- Everything in your profile and your gear is editable, and the next page is rewritten from it. The page is a plan, not a contract.
- Is this a coach or a doctor?
- Neither. It is a notebook and a plan. If something hurts, see someone who can look at you in person.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. iPhone and Android, with the same account as the web.
